Join the Grand Rapids Chess Center at a fun scholastic chess tournament hosted in Sparta, Michigan. This event will be a great way for your students to gain tournament experience in a fun and easy-to-play atmosphere. Check out the details!

Registration
Any student from K-12th grade can compete. They will compete in one section. Beware, size and age are not decisive — chess skills are!
No official membership is required for the event, but it will be run in a similar way to standard chess tournament rules. This will include touch-move.
Registration will open once the date and timeline are finalized.
Cost: $20/per player
Schedule:
Round 1 – 9:30
Round 2 – 10:15
Round 3 – 11:00
Round 4 – 11:45
Ending Ceremony – 12:30

1st Place Trophy
