Just two weeks before the U.S. Open comes to Grand Rapids we will be hosting a tournament to help players prepare for this event. There will be a variety of sections and prizes. This tournament will be a great chance to prepare for the U.S. Open and get more chess!
For the Open and Reserve sections USCF membership is required and MCA is checked at the door. K-12 unrated is open to all regardless of rated membership.

Open – G/45;d10 (4 Rounds)
Reserve (U1000) – G/30;d5 (5 Rounds)
K-12 – 4 Rounds (clocks if necessary)

Open and Reserve: $45 ($35 for GRCC Members)
K-12: $30 ($25 for GRCC Members)
